Return Policy

Do not ship items back to the return address on the box your items came in.

Always call G & J Diesel for an RMA Number(Returned Merchandise Authorization) and Return Shipping Address first!

Only new products in original packaging, unopened and unused may be returned.

NO EXCEPTIONS!

A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged to all unopened and unused products that are returned. All returns must be assigned an RMA number BEFORE being shipped to us with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package, otherwise returned packages will not be accepted. All returns must also include a copy of the original invoice with the RMA number noted.  The shipping costs for all returned items will be paid for by the customer. G & J Diesel will inspect all returned products for damage upon receipt and any used, opened, or re-boxed items will not be accepted for credit, and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Any non-standard item that is manufactured or modified to a specific customer’s needs.
  • Items damaged due to abuse, misuse, or neglect will not be eligible for replacement or accepted for return.
  • Any item without a copy of the original invoice, return form, and RMA#.

Please check thoroughly upon arrival of your order that it is what you ordered and that all components seem to be in working order.

Shipping Policy

G & J Diesel DOES NOT ship international – NO EXCEPTIONS!

G & J Diesel will use UPS Ground services for most shipping purposes. Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order. Orders placed over a holiday or weekends will be processed the following business day. Most items will be delivered within 5-6 business days. Please keep in mind that not all products will ship from our shop in Montana.

All shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility and include shipping insurance to protect the user from accidental shipping damages. At no time is G & J Diesel or any of our affiliates responsible for shipping delays, costs, or damages once the order has left our facilities.

In rare circumstances, requested products may be out of stock and are then considered back-ordered. In the event of a back-order, G & J Diesel will notify the customer within 24 hours via e-mail, and provide an estimated time of shipping. All in-stock items on the same order of the back-ordered item(s) will ship immediately.

Any invalid information provided by the customer that results in lost or stolen items, is not the responsibility of G & J Diesel and will not be replaced or refunded. Please double check all shipping and billing information for errors before completing any order. If you become aware of any errors on an order, please contact G & J Diesel immediately to correct any mistakes.

At G & J Diesel we understand the importance of securing and maintaining our customers’ online privacy. All information provided during your shopping experience is for the sole use of G & J Diesel to complete and process your order request. To protect your privacy, G & J Diesel will at no time sell or distribute any of your personal or financial information to a third party. Using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), all payment information is encrypted and processed by computer technology.

What information is needed from our customers?

During your registration, G & J Diesel will require valid information to process your order. All information must be provided and accurate to ensure complete shopping experience and prevent lost or stolen products. The necessary information includes, but is not limited to:

  • Name
  • Shipping Address
  • E-mail Address
  • Phone Number
  • Credit/Debit Card Number

What happens to the information after it is collected?

The information you provide is used to process and complete your purchase order. The data is collected by computer technology to prevent manual key-in errors and is at no time altered or entered by any individual other than the original customer. During repeat orders, your financial and personal information is stored in our secure database and can only be retrieved and changed by you. The credit/debit card is processed, and the billing address you provided is matched to protect against fraud. Only your shipping address and product information is sent to our shipping department and possibly an off location warehouse to fill your order request. The e-mail address and phone number are used for contacting purposes only.
